Cheated by Telkom

Connected Vumatel line in Dec 2017 with Telkom as the service provider. To date, the fibre line is not not connected, with Telkom blaming connectivity to Vumatel and Vumatel stating all good from their side. Currently on a 10mbs ADSL and receiving an average of less than 2mbs speed. Feel really cheated by Telkom. No help from their contact centre. Got plenty of screen pics showing the speed test results, which are pathetic.
