Cheated and miistreated

I went to telkom to buy data the fact that there was no cashier meant that I had to wait to see a consultant - althought their is no cashier - which is vital in any business there was an individual to control the queue - I came back at 8pm - I waited to be assisted - I told the man that I needed data - bit I couldn't log in to telkom to get number - eventually he said he could use I'd number - i. Then wanted to pay but he couldn't take cash and card machine didn't work - he told me to go to checkers to buy talk time - I came back with talk time and he was busy he sent me to his colleugue who asked for my I'd number - I got exasperated to which she resonded that she wasn't going to help me because I turned my back on her - as if I was some beggar and not a paing customer - I said I was going to contact head office - she said do it - in the end she could not cconvert the talk time to data and was reverted to original person - he said that it was done - I left - imagine my surprise getting home to find R200 worth of data wasn't loaded and I had wasted an hour of my time - This is Day Light ******* -and the staff are disgustingly behaved
