CHEAP IS ALWAYS MORE EXPENSIVE

BUYER BEWARE. They offer the best prices because they don't deliver what's agreed. PLEASE TO ALL ABOUT TO SIGN A TELKOM CONTRACT READ THIS FIRST. My uncapped LTE went down just after Christmas, I logged a call and received a ref number was told 9 business days to resolve (thats 2 weeks). @ weeks later I followed up as I had heard nothing and was told someone would call me from their tech department, someone called to verify address but WOULD NOT book appointment. Since then haven't heard from them, I call today 4 weeks since the LTE went down to be told by the call centre all they can do is "make notes on the account". SO ALTHOUGH TELKOM IS THE CHEAPEST, I AM PAYING ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER PAY AS YOU GO RATES WHILE TELKOM FAILS TO DELIVER.
