Cheap disgusting service

I disputed the R200 I was charged after I made an eft payment on the 22 December then Telkom decided to debit me again after I made payment and mind you I did not give authorisation for them to debit.

I called on the 5 of February and spoke to a lady called *****gwa who said I must email my 3 months back statement which I did but till this day no response from her after I sent multiple emails.

To make it worse their team leaders are exactly exactly like their agents with "we do not care attitude". Your service is disgusting after being a Telkom customer for years.
