Cheap Data means you cant use it

Well 1 star is 2 more than i would give. almost a year gone, 3 onsite technicians and my 4G LTE Telkom cannot do more than 10mbs..actually its so poor it regularly fails the test and averages <5 . Supposedly roaming on Vodacom should help..NO. My Vodacom speed regularly above 50mbs. ran a test with telkom and vodacom watching same video..Telkom failed. Technician was onsite at the time. I have asked for a refund on data paid for and not used and no response, typical.
