Chatting to a pathetic useless agent called Caroline

<p>I started an online chat with Caroline and she gave me 6 different answers for one query after that she just closed the chat i could not even get all the information, she is the most useless and rude and pathetic thingf in the whole ****ing world she is **** dumb...... how do you just end the session even though i am not done? is this how telkom roles ****all client services just end the chat because you to **** dumb to assist????</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like an apology from the rude ****ing woman and this to be treated as urgent. </p>
