Chatsworth Telkom direct is horrible

The Telkom Chatsworth branch is pathetic, they blatantly lie to you, and their incompetence is unbelievable. They make no attempt to rectify their errors and lie to cover it up. I app**** for an adsl line at the store and the person who assisted me messed up the order so bad that I still have problems up until this day. When querying with the acting supervisor he was very quick to lie and say they are no adsl ports available in my area and suggest I take a more expensive lte line. A few days later I was contacted by openserve and my adsl line was installed. Now I have the issue of the 3 months Netflix voucher I was supposed to receive when taking out the contract. Call centre blames the store, and store refuses to assist when I go there. Stay away from this store!!!! None of the people there deserve their job.
