Charging my account after the line is suspended

Telkom has just sent me a bill of R2600 even after the line has been suspended for 3 months . I have tried to and pay , at the Telkom office at Fourways crossing , but I was told my line has been suspended and I can not make a payment . I have called the helpline and I have been told the exact same thing . What is worrying me is that Telkom keeps charging me almost R600 per month for a line that has been suspended for months . I addition to the charges is a debit order penalty fee, I called Telkom and cancelled my debit order , opting to pay cash, this was because the Telkom debit orders were not going at the date we had agreed to . But Telkom continued to debit my account even though I had cancelled them and I am being charged for it . I am really unhappy with this .I want to go with another ISP because the guys at Telkom are just ripping me off.

Every time I call the help centre line no one can help me because the line has been suspended , yet I am being charged for it .Please Fix This!
