Charging me more without notifying me

I paid my account in advance in March 2024 . When I checked my last invoice , you have been billing me for an upgrade that I did not ask for nor did you ask me, you just started billing me more.

Please refund me as you cannot bill me for an upgrade that I did NOT ask for NOR did you ask me if I wanted to upgrade.
