Charging me for a phone I haven't received.

This is ******* network and is full of *********** call center agents. I have been trying to get the results of my case since 02 February 2019 (Case no ********** 7). Every time I call them they say sorry someone failed to escalate your call I will escalate it for you. Same same old story.
