charging me for a faulty line. since Novermber2014

i was told to change from a wayaya line to a prepared line because the one i had had been cancelled and was no longer available.which i did ,and i was told the technician will come and a have a look .he never pitched . wen back again to them they told me i need to report it again i did so till end of December when i requested to terminate the contract as they are billing me every month for a faulty line. From November i have been bill R 197.25. each and every month ..Wen back to check progress on the cancellation today i was told the accounts people have not yet responded the our cancellation i should come back some other time. I have followed this up every week but nothing has been done . Thank you
