Charging me for 2 devices.

Telkom is charging me for 2 contract devices when i only have one. It has been over 2 months and not one is really helping with this issue. I am not happy with your service. Took the contract via Epic range who made this whole mess up and never fixed it and not i have been phoning telkom and getting ref numbers and no one is following up with me .
