Charging me extra for not processing my debit orde

I have signed up for a Telkom line multiple times from February until June when I finally got a line. I did this through the online application and physically walking into stores.

Every time I signed up I provided my bank account details for them to take off a debit order. The first time we had to pay the account was the beginning of August. Naturally, given that I provided debit order information, I expected my account to be debited.

Instead, without warning, our line was deactivated after which I then received an SMS to say the account has not been paid. I had to go through the admin of physically going to PnP to pay the account (not what I wanted to do) and then we got reconnected.

Now, there is an additional R192.69 which needs to be paid for being reconnected. This is OUTRAGEOUS and plain downright CHEATING. I received no warning that my account had to be paid, I signed up for a debit order and now you want me to pay for your mess up. How is that fair. Telkom is cheating us all, and I hope everybody checks their accounts for accuracy.

I would like somebody to contact me and reverse this charge on my account as I am not paying for your mistakes as a company.
