Charging for suspended account??

Good Day

Could anyone out there please tell me if it is legal for Telkom to suspend your account and then still continue to charge you monthly for a service that is not being delivered? Is this not ******* ?

Is there any recourse that one can take to get this reversed? How can you be paying for a service that you are not getting?

And then to top it off you cannot cancel the “service” until your arrears are paid.

Really????

Any legal eagles out there that can assist?
