Charging for services I did not opt for.

I did a transfer of a line in January. Specifically requesting in writing that I only want the Line rental and DSL service. Now when I receive the billing, I see I am billed in addition for Closer Call Catcher and Telkom Anytime Exrta, both subscription services. Consultant now says I had to take over the services as is and then change it later.

Point is, I was not told this at the time, no terms of agreement were sent to me, now only once billed for the service, they tell me they cannot credit me, but that I can change it going forward.

I want the charges on the two subscription services credited as, I did not agree to the service!
