Charging for no service given

<p>I app**** last year for a package deal from Telkom to put in ADSL at my house. After waiting several times at home for them to come and install the said package, and paying them the deposit, I finally after two months gave up and cancelled the package as nothing was done. However, after nothing being installed or anything, I not only didn't get my deposit back but they have been charging me too and have insist on me paying. This is after sending in two disputes and a nasty email too, and still nothing has been done.</p>
