Charging for cancellation of contract

Cancelled adsl line and internet account on one of my accounts and a fee for the cancellation of the contract was charged. When at Telkom putting in the cancellation I was not advised of the cancellation fee. What I would like to see is a copy of the contract for the specific account where the cancellation fee was charged. and i would like copies of the contracts for my other 2 lines.
