Charging customers more money unnecessarily

I have been on contract with Telkom for years up until I stopped using their services last year due to coverage issues in the are I moved to...they called in May and confirmed the amount I need to pay to terminate the contract, which I did. And now I have different people calling me to pay more e money and no one at Telkom is willing to acknowledge the payment made though I've sent the proof of payment numerous times.
