Charges that are insane

Telkom is the worse service provider ever!!!!

I mean how is it possible that your monthly payment is R269, but reconnection fees is R500, how is that possible!!!!

I mean you can see it hasn't been used for month but the bill is so high, how are you guys robbing your customers, yet this that you are charging is ridiculous, I will never recommend you for such services.... I just can't, I have been using Telkom for years but just is just beneath me!!!!!!
