Charges or fines for paying your account on time

Communicated with Telkom from March 2020, told them that they won't find money in the bank account. I have been manually paying the account from March 2020 till the 30th of April 2020.Never skipped a month since they suspended my account in March 2020.Every month I m charged with R202 by Telkom for debit order which has been bouncing off my bank account and the additional charges by the bank.And now Telkom has disrupted my services due to debit orders which did not go through my bank account of which I have already paid for manually at Checkers and other participating stores.
