Charges on Telkom account for services not asked for

<p>We have been charged on our telephone bill monthly R329 for 'Web 2050 Info3 IYP and R91 per month for 'Web 2050 Info3 TYP. Complaining to Telkom is without any success. By asking hellopeter I hope to solve this problem as I didn't ask for any services.</p>
