Charges Made On Cancelled Products

In September of 2016 I cancelled my landline and fixed line internet services from Telkom. I signed up for a new package for my new address but had to take LTE as no landlines were in place.

As part of the LTE capped package I have regularly topped up, and as a result missed that a monthly debit was being taken for the internet services I had cancelled 11 months before. I immediately called Telkom to ask how they have managed to charge for fixed line internet without a fixed line. It was explained that it was not cancelled as a mistake and they'd refund the difference.

Since then I have made a further 4/5 calls and each time I am informed that they acknowledge the mistake but different disputes are raised each time. I guess a dispute is just a procedure as they have them for closing accounts, generating credits, processing of refunds.

So after 4-6 weeks and still no refund, I was horrified to see them charging me still for the product that has since been canceled.

So - is there a way to lay legal charges for ***** or theft as they know they are charging for services that are impossible to provide and that have been cancelled several times before.

Any help be much appreciated.
