Did you know that Telkom expect you to pay all bills (even incorrect ones ) in full until their dispute department decides that it works on the dispute when it suits them. Even if you cant afford to pay the account in full your service will be suspended. I really think that after being a loyal client for 40 years I would be treated with respect and competence.
