******* Charges by Trudon on my Telkom Account

I have 6 telephone numbers for my businesses with Telkom. I have never signed up for Trudon Yellow pages or any other services and are now charged for many months additional charges for a Service I don't want. I went in to Telkom Lakeside mall and after standing in a queue for a very long time as their system was having issues as usual the lady explained that she can't help me as I need to phone 10217 to cancel the service. Here i was told to phone *** or ***. Once again the 0860 number i was told to phone *** or *** that is not working. When speaking to a lady at *** I was told to send an email to *** I cannot believe that in this technology driven age that Telkom don't have a one stop service, but that you have to be send from pillor to post. I want this Trudon services cancelled on my account and all these charges reversed since they started loading it *******ly.
