Charges after cancellation of contract. PATHETIC SERVICE.
I Have been to Telkom from 1st of March 2016 to try and cancel my contract. I was told that the supervisor was on training and was due back to the stock that week Friday. They could not cancel my contract because they did not know how to convert my contract sim to prepaid and also did not know how to release my ADSL line to MWeb. Finally at the beginning of April they managed to get onto my account and managed to cancel my contract and convert my sim and release my ADSL line to MWeb. But end of April I received an invoice for R1906.00 which was supposed to be for March and half of April. Which I paid after a lot of hesitation. Now I received an invoice for the full amount of my contract even though it has been cancelled and I am no longer using Telkom services except for the landline which according to MWeb I have to have. If I refuse to pay this invoice, Telkom will suspend my Telkom Line leaving me without internet even though I do not owe them this money. Speaking to call centers is as good as droning yourself and going to the store entails waiting in the que for hours without anyone telling you which que to follow as not all their staff are trained to assist all customers. PATHETIC SERVICE
