Chargers for Data

I am getting Billed for add on bundles that I did not buy or request. This is the second time. 1st month was R548.77 and now is R349. <br> <br> I wrote a complaint and this is the response I got:<br> <br> ''Good day Juandre, <br> <br> <br> <br> Please be advised that the your account has been credited with the charged amount for the data. However the credit will only reflect on your next invoice. <br> Ref number:SM182857 <br> <br> We sincere apologize for the inconvenience.''<br> <br> So...<br> <br> Just Received My NEW INVOICE, and guess what, the Money Has NOT been Credited to my account, and that is not ALL, there is ANOTHER Add on Internet bundle!! <br> <br> <br> What the hell is going on?
