CHARGED REJECTION FEES FOR REVERSING DEBIT ORDERS WHEN PAYED EARLY VIA EFT

Hi,

Two times I payed my account up front and the debit order still went off and I reversed it and then I am being charged a Rejection fee! Try to get hold of a person to sort this out but just can not get threw! Soooooo disappointed for the services firstly and secondly being charged Rejection fees for reversing debit orders for account being payed via EFT early! Please help...
