Charged R250 for what??

<p>I have been charged a R250 "other fee" which is for a call-out which I sorted out MYSELF with MWEB's help as they were talking too long...</p> <p> </p> <p>Once it was sorted out, I called their call centre to cancel the call-out.</p> <p> </p> <p>STILL i was charged.</p>
