Charged R202.70 for paying early

Imagine being charged R202.70 because you only paid 4 days earlier than your debit date. Its not like i missed a payment, R202.70, are you guys serious. I changed my bank and as a civil customer I thought I should just pay my account, only to find that i will be charged R202.70. That's messed up. Now end of April you guys did not debit me, when i tried to long in to the portal it was acting up. I am not impressed with Telkom at all. I would not advise anyone to use this network, at all.
