Charged R202 On Account Which Is Current

i just had an incident where i am been charged R202 which is classified as Once Off activation fee on an account which has been active for month. i also noticed that Telkom seem to want me to pay even when the account is up to date. i got a rude sms about a payment which failed to go through even though the payment was made and updated on your record at the time of sending an SMS. Can someone investigate this issue of me been charged R202 for the second time, 1st time i missed it but after this current incident, i decided to recheck all my statements and picked up the first R202 about 2 - 3 month ago.
