Charged R200 for a rejected stop order

Is there a way of having o zero or negative rating? These guys deserve it. Been their client for over 4 years. Their debit order bounced once and after I realized it, I made an immediate payment. Got charged a fee of R200, how ridiculous. Don't think this is legal, why aren't the other service providers doing the same?
