Charged much higher amount than quoted

<p>I app**** for a landline in January. It was supposed to take 5-10 working days but it took aroud 6 weeks to be installed. I was told the cost of teh landline would be R206 per month. I just recieved my first bill for R399.05. There is no breakdown as to why this amount is being charged. Given that I have hardly even used the landline this is Ludacris!! I would be better off just cancelling and buying R50 airtime a month because thats probably all I use to phone</p>
