charged incorrectly

the worst service provider ever... they state in there contract, calls to landline are free, yet they deduct from your minutes although you are calling a telkom landline.

i have been charged 2 months in a row for a phone line that never worked or existed... amazing... now they are refusing to refund me....

how lovely...
