Charged for "Wireless Activation Fee" ???

Recently Subscribed for the Telkom 5 + 5 GB data only deal. I just saw my bill for this month and there is a Charge for R201.75 for "Wireless Activation Fee"??!! This was nowhere listed on the Telkom Deal page when I requested the contract. What is this money for and why was I NOT notified of such charges?!
