Charged for "Wireless Activation Fee"??!!

Recently Subscribed for the Telkom 10 + 10 GB Data Deal + the Huawei E5577 router for R149 per month. Just received my bill today and there is a Charge for R201.75 for "Wireless Activation Fee"??!! This was nowhere listed on the Telkom Deal page when I requested the contract... I can understand Pro-Rata charges, but NOT a Wireless activation fee?! Since when is that and since when is the customer NOT notified of such charges?!
