Charged for what?
I complained last year that my contract has been going on for more than 24months and was told they could not cancel it but I could upgrade. I refused to upgrade and decided will pay for it till the end then I won't take another contract. I canceled my contract in February as that is when it ended but I got charged R 511.41 in March. I phoned the call center and the person I spoke to said they have opened a file. My account was debited R 511.41 which is way more than what I have been paying the past months and I do not understand what is it for?
