Charged for Prime video subscription I never signed up for

Since late last year I have been getting prime video offers from Telkom via emails. Each time I would respond rejecting the offers. It happened every month until last month where Telkom saw it fit that they want to agree on my behalf.

I sent emails which were never responded to. I made phone calls and I have not been assisted. A lady tried to assist via the portal which didn't work until she referred me to the branch. I went to Northgate last week Sunday and all three workers were with clients, I waited for almost 30mins before I left, and no one said anything to me the whole time (story for another day). I went back on Tuesday after 5, the lady said they dont do cancellations, and the call centre was closed.

I spent this week calling Telkom, I was transfered to accounts, sales, cancellations, and back and forth. At some point, I spent 55 minutes on a phone call (I tool a screenshot). Needless to say that Telkom debited my account again for something I did not agree to. Apparently cancellations can be done on the portal which never worked for me.

I need telkom to action the following: 1. Cancel the subscription 2. Refund me for both January and February 3. I need a compensation for time and money spent calling and branch visits 4. I need SMS/Email/call proof that I took this subscription

Thanks
