Charged for a Service I Never Received

I signed up with Telkom months ago and to this day, no service has been provided. Despite this, they've been debiting my account monthly, and all attempts to cancel the account have been ignored or delayed with empty promises.

I've followed every channel — email, phone, escalation — and still no resolution. Their support is unresponsive, and the entire process has been a waste of time and money.

I regret ever signing up. If you're considering Telkom, think twice — you might end up paying for absolutely nothing.
