Charged even though I'm not in the country anymore

I've been trying to contact Telkom since I left the country to inform them that I'm not in the country, I'm not using my line and I don't plan on using it. I've tried emailing and escalating the issue via their site.

I've been charged for an account I can't use and have asked them to cancel over the past 4 months now!

I want this account cancel and the charges removed!
