Charged but no goods delivered

A 24 month contract for goods and services was purchased 6 weeks ago and billing has started but the order has not been fulfilled. Part of the purchase was a LIT TV box which has not been delivered as promised. Contact centre has logged a call with reference 696CRZ090118
