Charged and get negative credit rating. ( I don't even have an account with Telkom!!)
Hi,
So I just got messages saying that I need to urgently pay R1792.94 to ABSA from Telkom and that my CREDIT STATUS is at risk,
I DON"T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU???? WHAT AM I BEING CHARGED FOR???
I'll have to take this further if any harm is done to my CREDIT RATING due to your incompetence.
