Charged after I requested cancelation.

I cancelled my contract for 24 November 2018 and was told it was done... The penalty would be R60 per month for the fee till the end of the contract, I was informed. I have called and I am still getting charged... This affects my credit ratings... Which affects my life... After I was told initially it would be cancelled. I called in and they said it was escalated.
