Charge with no service

<p>My parents are having problems with eskom they recieve grant and pay their telkom fees regurlarly but the phone doesnt work most of the time. It works for a day after they repair and doesnt work after that. This has been happening for almost a year . We are tired of complaining and how do u report a line of u dnt have a phone.
