Charge of R 245 Penalty Fee Rejection Debit Order - CRAZY!

Been with Telkom for over 5 years and now with a recent billing I am charged R 240 for a rejection fee because one debit order in 4 years bounced ? And the payment was manually paid R 250 EXTRA within 7 days ? yet that R 12 did not credit on my invoice ? Avoid Debit Orders with them !
