Charge for unorthorised services

Regarding the following matter I'v been charge x 3 for this Web 2050 Info3 IYP directory info. I never requested this service/product or whatever it is. I have send an email to Telkom with NO feedback!! Its matters like this that everybody is leaving Telkom and rather go with a cellphone company. I have been a client of Telkom for over 30 years But this is tha last straw.
