Charge for bad service

I am very disgruntled with Telkom SA for holding me to a contract for service and installation I never received. I app**** on line waited 3 months with no installation so I cancelled via email. No response so I went over to another service provider. Now I'm receiving calls and statements being harrased and threatened for a non existing service. Please help Nathen
