Charge double

I've got a contract with telkom and a debit order that goes off each month, we'll this month I had a problem with the bank n paid the telkom payment at one of the out let store. The next day iphone telkom account department to find if payment is show abd the lady over the phone tell me that even is the payment will be reflecting telkom will still charge my double the at the end of next month just because the debit order returned *bare in mind payment was made* I think this is pathetic because now they sitting with an extra payment.... But it will not go off my account. This not the first time... Your accounts is pathetic you robbing people.
