Changing personal details is hell @ telkom

It really should be Hellkom and not telkom! DO NOT USE TELKOM! I am trying to change my email address. Over an hour on the phone and no closer to a resolution. I do not have access to my email address that I used to register for Telkom self service. Now the customer service representative tells me I must say forgot my username. I tell him then there is no way to recover my account if I do this. He insists that it will send my username and password to my mobile number. I try that and it sends the password to my non existing email address. Great work telkom!
