Change to installation date?
Telkom booked the 21/07 as the installation date for my new line. I received an sms yesterday confirming this and asking me if that is fine and I must reply with a YES to the sms which I did. I now receive an sms from Telkom telling me they will install 07/08. This is NOT ok. <br> Sort this out. I expect Telkom at my home tomorrow. It is enough that I have had to wait 3 weeks already just for an installation, but now to just reschedule another day is not fine. I am moving my office back home at the end of July and I need a line. <br> This is disgusting service by Telkom yet again.
