Change the courier company you use

This is a bad review of the courier company that Telkom uses. I am happy with the Telkom service I have received but as Telkom have used this particular courier company the complaint still rests against Telkom.

On Friday I was contacted by a CourierIt delivery person who indicated the parcel I was expecting from Telkom had arrived. (It must also be noted that I was not notified beforehand that the parcel was arriving but rather called only when it had arrived). The person was very rude in his manner of talking on the first call. There was also a misunderstanding of which entrance of the building we shall meet for pick up. To clear up the confusion on our second call the CourierIt person was so rude to the extent that he then hung up on me. When we eventually did meet, the delivery man insinuated that I had wasted his time and inconvenienced him.

I strongly suggest that Telkom changes the company it uses for deliveries. CourierIt is unprofessional and their delivery personnel are rude. They have spoiled my rather pleasant experience with Telkom.
